All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All credit card transactions are processed using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date and time (based on 2:00pm arrival). If 48 hours prior notice is not provided, or in the case of no-shows, the entire booking amount will be payable. Please note if you have booked a non-refundable room type, once payment has been taken the reservation is 100% non-refundable.
Valid Credit Card
You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. For security purposes we must have photo ID upon arrival and take credit card details and a pre-authorisation for each room as a guarantee against the room. We reserve the right to deny check-in without a valid credit card or ID upon arrival.
We will require a $100.00 pre-authorisation upon arrival. This will be used for any incidentals that may be incurred throughout the stay. The pre-authorisation will take 5-10 business day to drop back into your account. Kindly present a valid credit card upon arrival.
Credit Card Fees & Payments
We have a 1.5% surcharge on Visa & MasterCard and 3% on Amex & Diners.
Please note our office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 5.00pm on Sunday & Public holidays. Reception times may vary so please contact us on 02 9516 5793 if you have any queries.
If you anticipate arriving after office hours please let us know so that after hours instructions can be forwarded closer to your arrival date. If you anticipate arriving earlier than the 2.00pm check-in time please note that we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available, however we will store your luggage until such time that the apartment becomes available.
